This is the start of our very own LDMI Food bank all because of God’s amazing grace and provision and of course the faithful and loving giving of the supporters of Laus Deo Ministries Int. This humble beginning to reach out to people, like our ministry, is but by the grace of God! With simply the addition of water and a stove/gas cooker, a family of 3 or 4 can enjoy a warm meal. The Meal in A Jar includes: *Pasta or Rice *Soya Mince *Stock cube and Mixed spice *Soup powder *Soup mix (lintels, wheat, split peas)
We envision the following to be added soon: *Personal care packs for men and woman *Warm clothes and blankets for the winter *Easter, Christmas and New Year lunch and fellowship (for any one in need of, not only a warm meal but also much needed communion over the Christmas period) *January starter packs (basic food items, school shoes and socks etc.)
Isaiah 58:10 If you give some of your own food to [feed] those who are hungry and to satisfy [the needs of] those who are humble, then your light will rise in the dark, and your darkness will become as bright as the noonday sun.
“God has given us two hands, one to receive with and the other to give with.” Billy Graham
